The evolution of Nokia phones: 1982-2007
There are some iconic brands when thinking about cell phones. For me, one of them is Nokia.
When cell phones started to become “more common” I remember I wanted at all costs a 5160 (I ever had, in fact). But I had a 282 that was a faithful companion for long. Now I also accompanies a Nokia, but far more advanced than that good old clamshell that I could not send text messages.
Well, all this was a great introduction to this graphic published in Sicrono Nico, with the evolution of cell phones (and some other non-phone device) Nokia from 1982 to 2007. Amazing the number of models they did, and why are not the last 2 years.

Samsung Crest E1107 – first solar-powered mobile phone
Samsung has announced it’s first solar powered GSM cellphone, the Crest E1107, a very basic phone with a solar panel on the back which may just be the first solar powered option that many consumers will have, for eco-friendly, budget conscious types that don’t seem to be concerned with practicality.
