The converter is not fancy, but does do what it is design for. Very easy to install and setup. Don’t even need to read the instruction.

Does not get channels most of the time.
This product is crap. I bought 2 of them, with the Gov. coupon, to findout I had to buy digital antennas for them both. I bought a cheap $15 dig.

Solid performance – a few annoyances.
In the middle of Los Angeles, using the cheapest rabbit ear antenna I could get, this picks up 71 stations.

Very disappointed so far
This product was a let down. After hook up it would not pick up any channels. I rechecked the hookup and scanned again. Still nothing.

This item was useless. The manafacturer did not state that special cables for an RCA TV was required.

Works fine – item as described
Quick and easy. Antenna a bit sensitive to location, not sure if thats a conv box issue, but works well when in correct position.

Lasonic converter box review
Have no complaints. Set up was easy and the converter was able to recieve many free digital channels. The reception is as good as cable. Good converter box for the money.
