Google Goggles launched as an Android app in Google Labs in December of last year. The app processes pictures taken with the phone and recognizes the text within it, creating search results for things like books and business cards. It also recognizes landmarks, paintings or other historical objects. Earlier this year, Google Goggles gained the ability to translate text in photos.

Jihun Yeom has designed a watch called the Aurora Watch that looks clear and empty when it is not touch. Once you touch its face, it will shoot out its laser beams to tell you the time. The red beam indicates minutes while the blue is the hour. More picture after the jump.

Youblisher is an interesting service that lets you convert any PDF document into another but with the traditional magazine format.
Its operation is very simple, we upload a document that we have and the site makes it a magazine. First we have to create a free account and confirm the registration via email. Then we upload the document from the computer or by specifying the URL if it is already hosted on the Internet.
